Additionally, the principals of Synergy have worked with various local government agencies and financial institutions that control golf courses and are experienced in managing these relationships. Synergy prides itself on understanding the objectives of financial institutions, government and individual owners. Synergy provides workouts for these entities that will re-position and re-direct properties towards increased profitability.

Strong supporters of junior golf Synergy’s principals helped create the nationally recognized City of Long Beach Junior Golf Program along playing a key role in the leasing of the Maggie Hathaway Golf Course in South Central Los Angeles to the Western States Golf Association to develop inner city junior programs. Most recently in 2005 Synergy helped organize the “The First Tee of Northern Nevada” chapter and Synergy’s principals sit on the Board of Trustees for that organization.
